Terms of service

These terms govern the purchase of products on evuecosmetics.com. By confirming an order you accept them, so they are worth reading. The terms that apply are the ones in force at the time of each purchase.

Who is selling

Who can buy

To make a purchase you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Products are sold for the personal use of the end consumer; orders for resale purposes are not accepted without prior written agreement.

The products

We sell cosmetic products. Photographs, colours and textures are indicative and may differ slightly from the physical product because of how screens reproduce them.

All offers are subject to availability. If a product goes out of stock after you confirm your order, we will let you know and you may choose between waiting for it to be restocked or receiving a refund of that amount.

Products are delivered sealed. Removing the seal has consequences for the right of withdrawal, as explained in the Refund policy.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the product price: they are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shown before you confirm your order, in accordance with the Shipping policy.

We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one in force when you confirm it. In the exceptional case of an obvious and manifest pricing error, we will contact you before preparing the order and you may either confirm it at the correct price or cancel it at no cost.

How an order is formed

The process consists of selecting your products, reviewing the cart, entering your delivery and billing details, choosing a payment method and confirming. You can review and correct any detail before confirming.

The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. That email, together with these terms, is your proof of purchase; we recommend you keep it. The contract is filed in our systems and you may request a copy by writing to hola@evuecosmetics.com.

The contract may be concluded in Spanish or in English, depending on the language you are browsing in.

Payment methods

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, through Shopify Payments. We also accept Bizum, processed by MONEI.

Payment is taken when you confirm your order. Depending on your bank, you may need to complete an additional security verification.

EVUE neither stores nor has access to your full card details: they are handled directly by the relevant payment provider in its own secure environment.

If payment is declined, the order is not confirmed and no contract is formed.

Invoice

You will receive proof of your order by email. If you need an invoice with your tax details, write to hola@evuecosmetics.com quoting your order number.

Shipping

The destinations we serve, the costs, the timescales and the particulars of delivery are set out in the Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions and conditions set out in the Refund policy, which also forms part of these terms.

Legal guarantee

We are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, in accordance with the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act. The procedure and the costs are explained in the Refund policy.

Customer service

Write to us at hola@evuecosmetics.com. We reply within a maximum of 48 working hours, and usually sooner.

For complaints, write to that same address quoting your order number and telling us what happened. We will confirm receipt and come back to you with an answer.

Using the products

Always follow the directions for use and the ingredient list on the packaging. We recommend patch-testing on a small area of skin before first use, particularly if your skin is sensitive.

The information published on our blog and on product pages is for general information only and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. If you have a skin condition or a question about a treatment, consult your pharmacist, doctor or dermatologist.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms to bring them into line with changes in the law or with new services. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it is confirmed, not by later ones.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute may be brought before the courts of your place of residence.
